Travel Planning Services & Fees

We work with travel budgets that are a minimum of $495 per person (applies to travelers ages 13+), per day - outside of airfare. Our minimum budget requirement enables us to design itineraries that align with our travel partners; however, this amount does not reflect the additional cost of airfare and/or travel protection. *The exception to the minimum budget requirement is pre-arranged, packaged tours.

Travel planning services include:   

• Personalized trip research
• Preparation of one personalized itinerary proposal with 2 options and up to 2 revisions
• Securing and confirming trip components
• Full management of booking
• Support while traveling

Following the complimentary consultation, 50% of the travel planning fee must be paid before the research and planning process begins. Upon approval of the itinerary proposal, the remaining 50% of the travel planning fee must be paid before reservations are booked.  All fees are non-refundable and are separate from the cost of the trip.

**We are not accepting clients within the following states: California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington state.**

The travel planning fees below are based on up to 5 travelers. An additional fee of $75 per person applies for 6-9 travelers.

• From $425.00 for 1 to 5 days
• From $625.00 for 6 to 10 days
• From $825.00 for 11 to 15 days
• From $1,075.00 for 16+ days

The ocean and river cruise travel planning fees below are for up to 5 travelers. An additional fee of $45.00 per person applies for 6-9 travelers.

• From $275.00 for 1 to 4 days
• From $375.00 for 5 to 9 days
• From $475.00 for 10 to14 days
• From $625.00 for 15+ days

The rates listed are a starting point only and may increase according to trip complexity and in the event of modifications requested during the research process. 

Change Fee: $75.00 per change, this does not include change fees charged by vendors. 

Additional Proposal Request Fee: Travel planning services include one proposal containing 2 options (with up to 2 revisions) for one overall trip. If additional proposals are requested - whether it is for more options for the same destination or for a different destination(s), a fee of $250.00 will apply per proposal with a max of 2 options.

Rebooking Fee: 50% of the total travel planning fee based on new booking criteria, this applies when the client needs to rebook their trip for any reason. If the client has not rebooked within 60 days, a full travel planning fee will apply for new bookings.

All fees are non-refundable.

We only offer full travel planning services and do not offer assistance with booking a la carte travel components for a trip you have already booked in part.
